Why a course on mobile apps?

Things are moving at an incredible pace and speed from the Internet to mobile applications. In the near future, if a person is forced to choose between giving up their favorite websites or apps, they will more than likely prefer to keep their apps.

The real reason why we need mobile phones, wherever we are, is simply that we have become addicted to our "electronic pacifier" ☺.

The change we are part of is not about technology itself, but about how users use applications to enrich their lives, solve problems and make their lives simpler and more enjoyable.

Companies are starting to see the opportunity in having their own mobile apps, but their challenge right now is the cost, how much it takes to invest in developing a native mobile app.

Who is this course for?

The course is for companies that are considering the development of native mobile applications, but cannot afford it at the moment. The solution here is the one where to train their existing employees to learn to develop a mobile application themselves, thus internalizing and expanding their business through current resources.

So, the course it is for employees in the IT department of a company, that knowledge programming OOP (Java, C, C#, Python, PHP, Javascript, Perl, Ruby, etc.)

Conditions of participation:

  • Minimum one year experience with OOP programming, ideally minimum 2 years.
  • Knowledge of Java, Kotlin or Swift is an advantage
  • If IOS is chosen – owning a laptop/ Mac computer running the latest version of Xcode
  • If Android is chosen – minimum requirements for windows – at least 8 GB RAM and Core i5 or Core i7 CPU, with an SSD. Minimum requirement: SSD.

From within the same company, we recommend that two people come:

  • one programmer to learn Android and one more person for IOS.

One person CANNOT learn both and will have to choose.
