Digital marketing is based on 3W: Who, What, Where.WHO you are, WHAT you sell, WHERE you sell (To whom).

Most entrepreneurs start promoting themselves without even putting down on paper WHAT they are actually SELLING and without knowing the change they are bringing to their customers' lives.

The biggest mistake encountered here, it is that most entrepreneurs promote themselves by exposing their products/services as solution to a possible problem that their customers face.

In recent years, the differences between the corporate brand (in relation to customers), the employer brand (in relation to employees) and the personal brand... have kind of disappeared. Musk's brand is the same as Tesla's. Whether it's the brand in front of Tesla customers or in front of employees.

If until now you have ignored your personal brand in favor of the corporate one, it is very possible that you will not be able to do so in the future.

We cannot sell everything to everyone. When we run after several rabbits at the same time, we will not catch any of them.

If you sell business to business - which entrepreneurs do you address? If you sell business to customer - what types of customers do you have? Are you talking to moms? Or perhaps to an audience that earns over 5000 lei monthly? And so on

If you identify that you sell both B2C and B2B, please think to whom you want to sell more in the next period. This is very important and decides what kind of strategy you need.

Think of him as a person and answer the questions with him in mind. If you are selling to corporate - think of the decision maker in that company - he is your ideal customer. Who do you sign the contract with?

If your business is just starting out and you don't have customers yet, think of an acquaintance or friend who could be a customer and answer the questions with them in mind.

Your ideal customer is one person, not many.Your objective will be to attract this customer, this type of person as often as possible.

You can have multiple customer avatars. You start from a general brand avatar then from worksheet and from the key messages on each type of product/service you add particularities.
